R.J. Malleck Insurance was started in August of 1955 by Richard Joseph Malleck.  His was a vision to have an insurance business based on personal service and utmost care to the client. Originally at Victoria and Park Streets, Kitchener, the business was relocated to its present location on King Street, Kitchener, in February of 1968. Carol Diebolt also joined the business that same year and continues to serve customers with her pleasant persona to this day. Darlene McLean joined in 1974 and has since retired after more than 30 years of service.  I started in the business January 17, 1983, soon after high school, and purchased it in 1993. My wife Trish has joined the business and now serves as part time assistant. Malleck Insurance provides "advice based insurance", which means you get true professional advice from a multi-licensed professional in all aspects of  general insurance, including buying, servicing, and claims. My motto is "quality, not quantity"  which, to me, means quality service with a smaller clientele is more important than having a large brokerage where people are being treated as a number. We pride ourselves on the fact that we know a lot of our clients on a first name basis.
