About Us
We are a family owned brokerage established in 1983, serving the Ottawa Regional area. Our mission is to deliver the best insurance coverage to our clients based on their personal insurance needs. We have aligned ourselves with strong insurance markets in order to fulfill this mission.
Ralph De Carlo (owner and principal broker) has attained his Associate of the Insurance Institute of Canada and the Canadian Accredited Insurance Broker designation.
We pride ourselves on the personal service we provide to our clients, including the convenience of meeting our clients in their homes in the evening, to either complete an application, or to review and update existing coverages. Over the years, this has helped us to establish a personal rapport with our clients, and has helped us to gain a better understanding of their needs.
