Personal Insurance Products
Homeowner Package Policy
Homeowners insurance is for people who own the building they are living in and require coverage for the building and it's contents. These packages usually also have coverage for outbuildings, additional living expenses, personal property, personal liability, including medical payments and voluntary property damage.
Condominium Package Policy
Condominium insurance is designed to cover people who own a condominium. This is a different package because the condominium corporation covers the building, therefore the owner needs to cover personal property, interior improvements and betterments, additional living expenses, personal liability, including medical payments and voluntary property damage.
Tenants Package Policy
Tenants insurance covers people who live in rental properties. Coverage is included for personal property, tenants improvements and betterments, additional living expenses, personal liability, including medical payments and voluntary property damage.
