Condominium Package Policy
Condominium insurance is designed to cover people who own a condominium. This is a different package because the condominium corporation covers the building, therefore the owner needs to cover personal property, interior improvements and betterments, additional living expenses, personal liability, including medical payments and voluntary property damage.
Tenants Package Policy
Tenants insurance covers people who live in rental properties. Coverage is included for personal property, tenants improvements and betterments, additional living expenses, personal liability, including medical payments and voluntary property damage.

Personal Auto Insurance
Auto insurance in Ontario is regulated by the government and certain coverages are mandatory in order to drive a licensed vehicle in the province. Third Party inclusive Public Liability/Property Damage Liability, plus supplemental Accident Benefits and Uninsured Motorist Protection are required coverage's.
